PRAYING INTO GOD’S PROMISES

BIBLE TEXT: 2CORINTHIANS 1:20, MATHEW 7:7
Praying into God’s promises explains that the God we serve is a God of principles and protocols, a God of order, as in the case of the blind bartimaeus (Mark10:51), God is not a deaf God, but in as much as he has said his promises to us as is written in the holy book ,he still requires his children to ask of him what he shall do for them.
God’s promises are yes and amen but they are not automatic , we have to use prayer to activate the promises of God, if you do not pray you shall see the promises but not be a partaker (Numbers 23:19,James 4:2)

3. GOD PROMISES ARE SURE BUT HE WAITS FOR HIS CHILDREN TO CRY OUT IN FAITH:- GENESIS 17:6,22:17,EXODUS 2:23
4. PRAYER INVITES DIVINE TIMING AND STRATEGY
5.PRAY WITH GOD’S WORD IDENTIFY HIS WORD AND PERSONALIZE
6. ONLY THOSE THAT KNOW WHAT IS WRITTEN ,CAN SAY IT IS WRITTEN
7. THE PROMISES OF GOD ARE LIKE BLANK CHEQUES BUT IT IS PRAYER THAT IS THE PEN THAT WRITES THE AMOUNT:- MATHEW7:7,ISIAH 55:11 AND 43:26
8. GOD’S PROMISES ARE WAITING TO BE CLAIMED AND PRAYER IS THE WAY WE LAY HOLD OF THEM:-JAMES 5:17
